Movement

As movement practitioners we know that movement quality is everything.  We make sure all of our clients are exercising with the stellar technique, and world class exercise programming.  Without good technique, sound programming, and proper rest, its not a matter of if, its a matter of when injuries will occur.   We start all our workouts with foam rolling, movement prep, and dynamic warm ups.  We want our clients leaving our sessions feeling stronger, more mobile and confident that they can tackle the next task whatever it may be. 

Nutrition

We provide research backed nutritional strategies to enhance fat loss, improve performance and optimize recovery. We believe that nutritional recommendations should be based on individual biological differences, and your health is always our priority. Although its nice to look good, we make sure to prioritize how you are feeling on the inside as well.  

 

Lifestyle Coaching

Having all the puzzle pieces is one thing. Knowing how to put them all together is another. Let us help you come up with a lifestyle approach that is tailored to your needs and goals.

Massage Therapy 

We are specialists when it comes to minimizing pain associated with muscles and joints. 


We provide regular tune ups so that you can have the confidence that your body is capable and ready to handle what the future has in store. 


With a proper assessment, we can help find the root of your problem and provide manual therapy, and exercise interventions to help mitigate the situation. 


 

Online Training 

We have had the pleasure of training people in Thunder Bay, Dubai, London, Vancouver, Paris, Brantford, Toronto, Burlington, Oakville, and Hamilton . Our clients have been able to do their workouts, knowing that they have been designed with their specific limitations and goals in mind.  This gives them a sense of certainty every time they walk through those gym doors.  Not working out in a gym? We have programs designed to give you the workout you crave in your own home.
